ZUCCHINI BREAD AND MUFFINS
3 eggs

1/2 tsp salt
2-3 tsp cinnamon (I use 3tsp)
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 cups peeled and grated raw zucchini
Beat eggs , add oil, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Mix dry ingredients and add to batter along with squash.
Grease 6 muffin cups and fill almost to the top .
Pour remaining batter in a greased glass bread pan. (8 1/2" X 4 1/2")
Bake at 325 Bread : 60 Minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean

counting years of BLESSINGS!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMY!
Thank you for all the blessings you have added to our life in the last 26 years! we are so filled with gratitude that God would bless our life so much through you! Hope you have a wonderful day!not so long ago you were our little peanut. I think that is what Grandpa Abbas use to call you. Seems like yesterday . Now you have your own little peanut Addilyn Grace. Though we think of her as our sweet little pumpkin pie! Because you were born in the fall, you are one of the reasons that fall is so sweet to me!
wow this was just last year
